Advance Hardware Replacement is included in all active support subscriptions. As standard WatchGuard will ship a replacement via next-day airfreight in advance of receiving the returned appliance. The Premium 4hr Replacement Subscription gives you round the clock coverage, where a courier will deliver a replacement within four hours of RMA approval by WatchGuard Technical Support.
